Mortal Kombat 1 Announced With Skull-Krushing Trailer, Launches

Warner Bros. Games has finally announced Mortal Kombat 1, a reboot of the franchise, slated to release September 19 on PC, PS5, Xbox Series S/X, and Nintendo Switch. Developer NetherRealmStudios dropped a cinematic trailer offering hints of the story, alongside new character looks and fatalities. Pre-ordering the game grants beta access in August, reserved exclusively for PS5 and Xbox Series S/X players.
