Domaine Labet Fleur de Savagnin En Chalasse Jura 2019 - Back Room Wines Napa

The 2019 is a 50/50 blend of Savagnin Green and Savagnin Yellow from vineyards planted in 1989 and 2003. These vines are grown on three small parcels on a south-facing slope with a marl with blue clay base. Aged 20 months in oak, this shows notes of roasted pineapple and citrus fruits that fan out on the full-bodied palate that also finishes long. A producer that is seeing a huge rise in demand.Only two bottles allocated.
