Harley Quinn is the main antagonist of the 2002 live-action series Birds of Prey. She was the girlfriend of the Joker, who now wishes to take over New Gotham. She was portrayed by Mia Sara, who also portrayed Princess Langwidere in The Witches of Oz. Harleen Quinzel, mainly known as Harley Quinn, uses her day job as a psychiatrist to achieve her hidden purpose: to take control of the city of New Gotham. She does not wear a costume, although she does wear an outfit that is reminiscent of her cart
