Okina Matara (摩多羅 隠岐奈, Matara Okina) is the main antagonist of Hidden Star in Four Seasons, and Flandre Scarlet's advisor in Touhou Gouyoku Ibun as well as being the cause behind the oil leaks during the black water incident. She is a secret god and one of the Sages of Gensokyo.
