What You'll Do

Epic is looking for a Creator Technical Support Specialist to manage creator technical issues, provide timely support, and develop best practices and processes for handling common issues. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Creator in Fortnite Creative and a passion for helping people through best in class support.

In this role, you will

• Operating a CRM and ticketing system to review and respond to creator issues.
• Communicate with Creators about bugs and issues on their islands.
• Work across product, engineering, and QA to develop new processes for common support issues.
• Document and communicate best practices in our help and training portal.
• Find opportunities to continue to automate and build efficiencies in the support process.
• Serve as a front line expert on Creating with Fortnite.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Technical Support or QA
• Experience using a CRM or ticketing system
• Self-motivated individual who takes ownership of problem-solving and works proactively to improve processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Driven to do the right thing, ability to prioritize, and taking calculated risks to create maximum impact.
• You’re user-focused, passionate, scrappy, solutions-focused, and innovative. These traits equal success at Epic and influence everything we do.
• Passion for gaming and the gaming community
• Previously published creator in any video game ecosystem (bonus points if its Fortnite Creative)
