Tōru Kishiri (トオル 岸（キシ）里（リ）) is a former Third Generation Fire Soldier of the Special Fire Force Company 5. Tōru has short and shaggy blonde hair, with bangs that fall in front of his face, dopey eyes and is always seen chewing or blowing bubblegum, which sometimes, for comedic effect, bursts on his face and creates an imprint.
