Leatherface is back in a new sequel to Texas Chain Saw Massacre which brings back elements of the original 1974 movie. But producer Fede Álvarez (Evil Dead, Don’t Breathe) can’t control this short, scatterbrained horror movie, which is streaming now on Netflix.
