flatpak - Unable to update PyCharm due to some conflicts in Ubuntu 22.04 - Ask Ubuntu

I'm unable to update PyCharm from 2022.something to 2023. It's a bit hard for me to uninstall and reinstall it. I'm using Flatpak PyCharm community edition not the snap one.

npm is installed using nvm but IntelliJ doesn't know about it
